Shapes
Math
Lets's practice our shapes! How many sides do they have? How many corners are there? Can you find a shape in your home or around your house outside that matches one of the shapes below? On a piece of paper, draw what you shape you found!
Addition
When you add up the numbers you put things together! Work on ways to add some more, by following along with the interactive power point! Think about if you have 3 cookies and Miss Batterton gives you 2 more cookies. How many cookies would you have all together.
Below is a powerpoint to help student identify, write, and build numbers 0-20. It is interactive and will download to your computer.

Have your child review how to write one complete sentence. Then have them draw a picture about an animal or a person and write a sentence that matches the picture.
Science
We will be looking at the water cycle! After watching these videos, explain, draw, or create the stages of the water cycle to someone. You will need a clear ziplock bag to make the water cycle. See picture at bottom. Remember to think like a scientist!
Social Studies
In honor of Earth Day, watch the video explaining what Earth Day is below. Then watch the two stories (Why Should I Recycle? and Why Should I Protect Nature?) Think of ways you can practice the three R's in your house. Write one thing you love about our Earth, one thing the Earth has, and one thing you can do to help the Earth.
Fun Activity
Here is a fun little activity that you can do with your kiddos. I posted a picture and a link to watch the video on how to make it. If you choose to make one, feel free to send a picture of it to me. :) Have fun!!
